Bishop’s Gate Hotel Derry opened in early 2016 but the building itself has an interesting history and is over 200 years old. Originally built as private residential homes, the building was remodelled by renowned architect Alfred Forman in 1902 to become the Northern Counties Club which remained open until the early part of the 21st Century.
